The Gorga’s are in legal trouble once again!
Earlier this year, Joe Gorga was sued by an attorney for skipping out on the bill. He and Melissa were also accused of not paying for the materials used to renovate their new home. Now, the couple are being hit with a $1.4 million lawsuit by a woman who allegedly got “permanently injured” on their property.
It looks like Joe and Melissa Gorga are headed back to court.
According to Reality Tea, the married couple are being sued by a woman named Bianca Hernandez for $1.4 million.
The woman claims she was injured on the RHONJ star’s property.
Reality Tea noted that Bianca was on a property owned by Gorga Enterprises when the incident took place.
According to the woman, she was “severely incapacitated in 2021.” The documentation obtained by the outlet alleged that the property was “not maintained in a safe manner.”
“Bianca suffered diverse injuries, great pain, and suffering. And has incurred and will continue in the future to incur extensive medical expenses, permanent injuries, suffered physical and emotional injuries of both a temporary and permanent nature, suffered considerable pain and anguish” and ‘loss of wages,’” the lawsuit explained.
Joe and Melissa’s attorney said any damages were caused by personal “carelessness.”
“Bianca’s injuries and damages, if any, were the result of circumstances over which this/these Defendant(s) had no control or right of control and this/these Defendant(s) is/are not liable therefore,” their attorney replied,” the attorney addressed.
According to Reality Tea, Bianca has requested $1.4 million as a result of never getting a reply from the reality stars.
